COMING IN 2025 Indoor Heated / Cooled Self Storage - Collier Facility
We will be offering indoor self storage in a heated and cooled environment. There will be a focus on smaller units with a few larger units still available near the Loading Zones. Access will be by keypad through a garage door to each loading zone so our customers can unload or load indoors. Lighting is automated. All energy is offset by an onsite 25 kVA solar array and a backup generator provides access and lighting even during a power outage.
Indoor Self Storage Units

We offer 19 indoor self-storage units at our main location in Oliver. Units vary in size from 8x9 to 10x16. There is space to pull inside the building for loading / unloading. The space is heated in the winter and dehumidified in the summer to keep your belongings dry. A new concrete slab, LED motion activated lighting and a new roof ensure a clean, dry environment. 2nd Floor Office / Flex Space

On the 2nd floor of our Oliver location we offer approximately 8,000 SF of flex space. Access is currently by stair only. 5,000 SF is concrete on steel while the other 3,000 SF is wood framed. Current condition is gutted and waiting for fit-out.
Industrial Space

On the ground floor of our Oliver location we have a 4,400 SF industrial space perfect for a small fabrication business. Two overhead doors, one at tailgate level and the other at ground level provide the main access to the space while an overhead crane assists with loading trucks. Both single and three phase power are available. This space is currently not climate controlled. Parking for up to 4 vehicles outside is available.
Automotive Repair Space

On the ground floor of our Oliver location we have a 5,000 SF light industrial space adapted for an automotive repair business. Two overhead doors, provide drive-through capability while a 3rd overhead door at the loading dock makes deliveries easy. A man door provides customer access and a small office and counter area have been fitted out. This space is currently heated by a waste oil furnace. Parking for up to 8 vehicles outside is available.
Cold Storage Space

In Uniontown, we have a 2-story garage building with 4 garage bays on each floor. Because of the contour of the lot, both levels are ground access. Power is available throughout both levels. Access is by both garage doors and man doors. This space is currently unheated. Due to the residential location, this space is for storage only. Business operations cannot be carried out in this space.
